Women’s Hormone Replacement Therapy
We test first, explain what we found, and create a treatment plan based on your lab panel results.
$149 initial evaluation, including comprehensive lab review.

Care Timeline
Here’s what to expect when pursuing hormone replacement therapy with us.
Baseline
Complete your comprehensive lab panel. We review your results together before anything is prescribed.
Five to six weeks after starting
Follow-up lab work to see how your body is responding to treatment. This is where most dose adjustments happen.
Semiannually thereafter
A comprehensive lab panel every six months, and sooner if your dose or symptoms change.
Perimenopause vs Menopause
What’s the difference between them?
Perimenopause
The years before periods stop, which can start in the late thirties and run for a decade. Cycles become unpredictable, sleep issues arise, libido decreases, mood shifts, and maintaining or losing weight becomes a struggle.
Menopause and Postmenopause
Twelve months without a period, and everything that follows. Hot flashes and night sweats, vaginal dryness and painful sex, bone density decreases, sleep difficulties increase, and cognitive decline begins or increases.
What We Test
A single lab draw, around forty individual results. We will go over your results with you and help you understand what the numbers mean for your health.
- Hormones
- Thyroid
- Metabolic Markers
- Blood Count
- Lipids
- Iron and Ferritin
What goes on your lab panel depends on your history and where you are in the transition. We build it for you rather than running the same lab panel on everybody, and if your history calls for more, we add it and tell you why before we draw.
What We Prescribe
We prescribe bioidentical hormones, dosed to your lab panels and symptoms. Treatment combinations may vary.
