About Restorica Wellness
Restorica Wellness is a hormone, weight loss, and wellness practice in Henderson, Nevada, caring for men and women across the state in person and by telehealth.
We started as two nurses who met in the NICU nearly twenty years ago. We’ve spent our careers taking care of people, and we’ve seen how often symptoms like exhaustion, weight gain, brain fog, and mood changes get blamed on stress or age. We opened Restorica so those symptoms get the attention they deserve.
Appointments here are not five minutes long. Most primary care, OB/GYN, and specialty offices have to move quickly, and there often isn’t time to dig into what’s going on. We take that time. We run in-depth labs, sit down with you to go over every result, and build your plan around your labs, your symptoms, and your goals. You will never feel rushed.
We start with hormones, but that’s rarely ever the whole story.

Hilary, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC
Medical director
Hilary handles every initial consultation and every follow-up. The results appointment is with her, and so is every decision about your dose.
Born and raised in Las Vegas, she earned her bachelor’s degree in nursing from Nevada State College in 2005 and her master’s degree from Simmons University in 2020, where she trained as a family nurse practitioner. She is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Her more than twenty years in nursing span the neonatal intensive care unit, the operating room, aesthetics, K–12 school nursing, and teaching as nursing school faculty.
As a mother of five, she has always looked for a more complete approach to health. Her children and grandchildren are her inspiration, and she is a proud Air Force and Navy mom.
Tami, MSN, RN

Tami sees patients alongside Hilary in the Henderson clinic and runs the practice’s behind-the-scenes operations, keeping everything connected so your care flows smoothly.
Tami has been a nurse for over twenty years. She spent her hospital years in maternal, infant, and women’s health, working in OB/GYN, the NICU, and labor and delivery, where she also served as a clinical educator. She then moved into Fortune 100 healthcare companies, building statewide maternal and infant health programs for Medicaid populations and, until very recently, leading statewide clinical operations in Nebraska and Nevada. That path gave her something less common in a clinic: deep clinical experience matched by strong business acumen. She holds a Master of Science in Nursing with an emphasis in leadership in healthcare systems, and she is back in school at Frontier Nursing University to become a family nurse practitioner and continue building her expertise in perimenopause and menopause.
Tami is from Baton Rouge, Louisiana, and was raised in southeastern Virginia. She and her family are making Las Vegas home as her husband prepares to retire from the U.S. Air Force. A military spouse of twenty years and a mother to three daughters, she knows what it is like to take care of everyone else first. She has navigated the hormonal shifts of midlife herself, so when patients describe what they are feeling, she understands it firsthand. She wants every patient to leave with real answers and to feel like themselves again.
